About the LMC

The London Microbudget Community (LMC) is a community of filmmakers, crew, actors and other supporting disciplines. It is a place to find jobs, post needs, seek answers, source requirements and be supported, whilst building and sharing within a network of like minded people. The key components are that everybody in the LMC are both dedicated to filmmaking and from London and the surrounding areas. This is key, as it negates the need to budget for bringing people in from further away or finding accommodation. London has everything required to complete a film, from students to studios, and the LMC is where they come together to build that foundation without glass ceilings or gatekeepers blocking the way.
